TFS was established as an investment holding company, with main object to invest in financial services. The methodology is to raise capital from institutional investors and other investors for investment in and the funding of investments in financial services businesses and entities in SA, and sub-Saharan Africa (SSA).

TFS, through its holding of financial services subsidiaries, is to address the known shortfalls in access to finance and current financing options for SMEs.

Small and medium enterprises are central to economic development, particularly in emerging markets. In order for SMEs to grow and their positive impact on the economy to continue, they need access to financial services, which has historically been severely constrained.

The holding company of TFS, Tactic Group Limited is in agreement with this strategy of commits to manage TFS, and to ensure that TFS appoint initial employees and to assist with the envisaged listing process.
